insurance plans and bill your insurance company directly. We accept
assignment for Medicare and treat worker's compensation and motor
vehicle accident injuries such as whiplash.
We maintain practices in south suburban Homewood
(708-798-5556), and 30 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago directly across
from Millennium Park (312-269-5556). The Homewood location offers free
on- site parking and we pay for your parking at the Grant Park North
garage when you visit our Chicago location.
