Dr. Olding - Chiropractic Care, Ltd.
Dr. Olding is a summa cum laude graduate of the National University of Health Sciences where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1989. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati, in his home state of Ohio, and has been practicing in his hometown there for the last twenty years.
He has extensive post-graduate education, including focuses on acupuncture, sports injuries, and Cox technic, which he studied under Dr. Kruse and was certified by Dr. Cox. Dr. Olding is an avid runner, having completed five marathons, and qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2009. He has a special interest in treating runners, from beginners to more advanced competitors.
Dr. Olding believes that what we do outside of our chiropractor’s office is critical to the success of our care. We have to take responsibility for how we treat our bodies, therefore he’s interested in discussing home exercises, both for rehabilitation and fitness.
In his spare time, Dr. Olding enjoys running, yoga, biking, tennis, theater, and reading. He has recently relocated to Chicago, and is excited to join Dr. Kruse's practice and looks forward to twenty more years assisting people toward their optimum health.
