Dr. Ralph A. Kruse, Jr.
Dr. Ralph Kruse is the owner and clinic
director at Chiropractic Care Millennium Park and Chiropractic Care in
Homewood, Illinois. He is a 1990 graduate of National University of
Health Sciences (National College of Chiropractic) where he earned his
B.S. in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. He is a
part-time post-graduate education lecturer at National University of
Health Sciences.
Dr. Ralph Kruse is a Board Certified
Chiropractic Physician, Chiropractic Orthopedist, acupuncturist, and Cox
Flexion-Distraction practitioner and instructor who has been in private
practice since 1991. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Chiropractic
Orthopedists, a Member of the American Pregnancy Association and on the
editorial board of the Journal of the Academy of Chiropractic
Orthopedists.
Dr. Kruse lectures around the country and has
authored numerous papers on the treatment of disc herniations,
degeneration and stenosis in the neck and back. He has authored a
chapter on back pain in pregnant patients and a study showing how Cox
Flexion Distraction helped a pregnant woman with sciatica. His
publication in JMPT documented the effective treatment of patients who
had already undergone spinal surgery.
Dr. Kruse is a clinical researcher in
federally funded (NIH) research studies alongside medical doctors,
surgeons and researchers at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine, National
University of Health Sciences and Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is
a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of
Chiropractic Medicine and the online Journal of the Academy of
Chiropractic Orthopedists.
